Draft and Iterate Competency Framework

Receive a draft and iterate the skills matrix with your account manager until you and your team are happy. The framework is flexible and can be expressed with up to 14 competency themes and 9 levels, although we find simplicity is best!

Step 3

Use Framework to Develop Capability

Use the framework to assess and develop individual and team capability using Treehouse’s course catalogue or your own.
