outcome!

Develop, Test, and Iterate Competency Framework

Develop, test and iterate the competency framework with your account manager until you and
your team are happy. The framework is flexible and can be expressed with up to 14 competency
themes and 9 levels, although we find simplicity is best!

Use the framework to assess and develop individual and team capability
